Win customers over before the presentation starts!
Toyota wanted to gain their customer's attention by starting the tour in the theater room. Toyota uses this room to give a brief introduction and allow customers to watch a professionally produced video about Toyota.

After the presentation video, a room-partition wall raises automatically as the facilitator answers questions from
the audience. Toyota finds this time valuable because it allows them to answer customers' questions before proceeding.

Seeing is believing!
After the movie in the theater room, customers are led into the demonstration room. This room also hosts a projection screen and audio system that displays an informational video while the forklifts maneuver around the demonstration floor. This entire process is all controlled by a custom Crestron automation system programmed designed by CIM. The theater room and demonstration room are both part of the pre-lunch show.

Maximize The Return-On-Investment
Toyota knew that they wanted to get the maximum return by effectively utilizing all of their facilities. To ensure a solid return on investment, customer should have a solid understanding of how the technology will be used.
